They're small, they're cute, they're colourful, they're friendly and they have great reflective power.

When you don't need them they slip into a pocket. But at night when you want to be seen and be safe you can be visible to a motorist at 150 metres.

Whether it's a yellow football, a white mouse or a pink cat each comes with an attachment cord. They all do a most important job, allowing kids to be seen at dusk or after dark in towns and the countryside. You could be walking or riding a bicycle, you must still be careful with traffic but with a reflector attached to your coat or to your bag and by applying good road sense you will get noticed.

Small and light (with no need for batteries or charging) they work by retro reflection. By bouncing back the light from a headlight to the driver, you become visible to the driver from further away and they have lots more time to react to you and take action.

So the next time your out after dark remember to take your reflector along with you! Ask an adult to fix it so that it's always with your coat or on your bag or rucksack.
